Gratitude Canyon

Gratitude Canyon is envisioned as a place of inspiration and access for underserved youth from the surrounding region and local community, offering programming rooted in the arts, nature exploration, and creative expression. The project thoughtfully preserves the property’s agricultural heritage and natural landscape through a low-impact design that maintains rural character, protects neighbor privacy, and fully aligns with County land use policies.
The proposal limits built structures to roughly 3% of the site, preserving approximately 97% of the property as open landscape including restored habitat areas, orchards, pathways, outdoor recreation spaces, and nature-based use areas.

To continue this early outreach, we will be hosting a series of informal, on-site and virtual meetings mid-April. These gatherings will provide an opportunity to view preliminary drawings, learn more about the design approach, and share your thoughts directly with our team.
